Refund policy

At Hosoft, we are committed to delivering exceptional design and uncompromising quality. We understand, however, that sometimes a return may be necessary. We have designed our returns process to be as straightforward and efficient as possible.

1. Quality Assurance & Damaged Items

Every Hosoft piece is rigorously inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notification: Please contact our support team at service@hosoft.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Including photographic or video evidence will help us resolve the matter swiftly.

  • Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will arrange for a prompt replacement, dispatch necessary parts, or issue a full refund at your discretion.

2. 30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide an item is not right for your space, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Logistics: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your convenience, we can arrange a collection service, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Exclusions: Please note that we cannot offer a full refund for items that have been used, assembled, or are returned without their original packaging and parts. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate the process, please email service@hosoft.co.uk. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and the appropriate return address to ensure your refund is processed without delay.

4. Refunds

Once your item is received at our distribution centre and passes inspection (typically within 3-5 working days), we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • PayPal: Typically reflected in your account within 48 hours.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Seamless Exchanges

To receive a different item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred piece and returning the original item for a refund.

6. Price Adjustments

Please note that our prices are subject to change in line with material costs and seasonal promotions. We are unable to offer retrospective refunds or price matches for items purchased prior to a price adjustment.
