Order Dispatch
All orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number. Any items not received within 20 days of receiving the tracking link should be reported to us by email for us to investigate.
Please note some of our larger items may be dispatched in separate boxes.

All standard delivery items typically arrive within 3 – 7 working days after dispatch.
The suitable Express Delivery option will be made available for you to select at checkout, according to the weight of the items ordered.
- Lightweight Express Delivery
All express delivery items typically arrive within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch.
- Midweight Express Delivery
All express delivery items typically arrive within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch.
- Heavyweight Express Delivery
All express delivery items typically arrive within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch.
Please Note:
- If your delivery address is outside of the UK Mainland and Wales, then delivery may take slightly longer.
- If you have ordered a larger item then it will be a curb side delivery only. The driver may in special circumstances also ask for assistance to lift the object.
- Delivery does not include assembly of any items or removal of packaging from your home.
Delivery Pricing
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free for all of the products available on the H&O Direct website. Express delivery option is available as an optional extra for orders required sooner.
There is an additional delivery surcharge to the following areas (subject to change):
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man and the following postal code areas: DG, EH, FK, G, KA (1-26, 29, 30), KY, ML, PA (1-19), DD, PH, AB, IV, KW (1-14), PH (19-40, 49, 50),PO(30-41).
Please contact us before ordering from the above areas to confirm the correct applicable surcharge, alternatively we will contact you regarding this after your order has been placed.

At Hosoft, we are committed to delivering exceptional design and uncompromising quality. We understand, however, that sometimes a return may be necessary. We have designed our returns process to be as straightforward and efficient as possible.
1. Quality Assurance & Damaged Items
Every Hosoft piece is rigorously inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notification: Please contact our support team at service@hosoft.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Including photographic or video evidence will help us resolve the matter swiftly.
- Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will arrange for a prompt replacement, dispatch necessary parts, or issue a full refund at your discretion.
2. 30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide an item is not right for your space, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- Return Logistics: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your convenience, we can arrange a collection service, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.
- Exclusions: Please note that we cannot offer a full refund for items that have been used, assembled, or are returned without their original packaging and parts. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate the process, please email service@hosoft.co.uk. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and the appropriate return address to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
4. Refunds
Once your item is received at our distribution centre and passes inspection (typically within 3-5 working days), we will process your refund to your original payment method.
- PayPal: Typically reflected in your account within 48 hours.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
5. Seamless Exchanges
To receive a different item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred piece and returning the original item for a refund.
6. Price Adjustments
Please note that our prices are subject to change in line with material costs and seasonal promotions. We are unable to offer retrospective refunds or price matches for items purchased prior to a price adjustment.
